Job Description:

- Candidate with an experience in the distribution of SPMS/ Smart Drivers.

- Should have a valuable knowledge of Lighting products & solutions.

- Generating maximum business by cross selling and up selling.

- Creating new customers through visits, online search, references, tenders, and cold calls.

- Managing complete sales cycle from lead generation, technical consulting, negotiation, and closure to payment collection.

- Coordinating with company CEOs, R&D; staff, and purchase team to establish business relations.

- Understanding customer needs and explaining features and benefits of suitable components/products.

Qualification & Experience:

- Candidate should be a B.E, BTech with specialisation in Electrical, Electronics .

- Having experience of Freshers/ 5-10 yrs.



in the electrical/ lighting industry

- Preferred qualification of MBA in Marketing.

- Candidates having B2B Business Development experience.
