We are looking for a smart, confident, and responsible Back Office Executive / Student Counsellor to join our team.
Job Location: Deshapriya Park, Kolkata
Eligibility -
- Graduate (preferred)
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet)
- Pleasant personality with good counselling and interpersonal skills
- Freshers are welcome (Experienced candidates will be preferred)
- Immediate joining
Job Responsibilities
- Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in visits.
- Counsel students regarding courses, admissions, fees, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain student records, admission documents, and office files.
- Coordinate with students, faculty, and management.
- Manage front office and back-office administrative work.
- Prepare daily reports and update student databases.
- Respond to queries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Support students throughout the admission process and provide timely updates.
Working Days
- Monday to Saturday
- Sunday Off
