We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive who is having experiences in interior Fit out, to manage procurement activities and ensure timely purchasing of materials and services as per company requirements. The ideal candidate will have solid negotiation skills, vendor management capabilities, and a keen eye for cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Source vendors and evaluate offers based on quality, price, delivery terms, and after-sales services.

Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data.

Track the status of orders and ensure timely delivery.

Coordinate with internal departments (inventory, production, finance) to ensure smooth procurement.

Review and analyze vendor invoices and resolve any discrepancies.

Develop and maintain vendor relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.

Assist in cost analysis and budgeting for procurement-related activities.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements.

Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to avoid shortages or overstock.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
