We are looking for a Hotel clerk cum cashier who manages front desk guest services and daily financial transactions, combining reception duties like check-ins with cashier tasks like [processing cash and card payments].
Front Desk & Clerk Duties
- Greet guests and manage check-ins and check-outs.
- Handle room bookings and answer phone or walk-in queries.
- Maintain guest records and update computer files.
Cashier & Billing Duties
- Process room charges, food bills, and other payments using the POS system.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily sales at the end of a shift.
- Issue receipts, handle safe deposits, and report any money differences.
Skills and Requirements
- High school diploma or basic educational certificate.
- Valuable math skills and attention to detail.
- Friendly communication and basic computer knowledge
- Experience: 5 Years
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
