Script Writer — Codekraft Studio

Codekraft Studio is a full-service digital marketing agency and martech studio working with brands across Tirupati and beyond. Reels, brand films, ad campaigns, and everything in between. We're looking for a Script Writer who can turn a rough brief into words that make people stop scrolling and actually watch till the end.

What you'll do:

- Write scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form YouTube videos across a range of client businesses. Food brands, schools, boutiques, and more
- Build strong hooks and openings. The first 2-3 seconds decide if someone keeps watching, and that's on you
- Structure scripts with retention in mind: pacing, pattern breaks, and a payoff that earns the watch-through
- Write dialogues and voiceovers that sound like people actually talk, not stiff, brochure-style lines
- Research trending audio, formats, and what's working right now on Reels/Shorts, and adapt it to each client's voice
- Work closely with our video and content team so scripts translate cleanly on camera. You're writing for a shoot, not just a page
- Adapt tone across industries while keeping brand consistency.



A biryani place and a Montessori school shouldn't sound the same
- Write in English, Telugu, or a natural Telugu-English mix depending on the client and audience
- Take a script from brief to final draft, incorporating feedback quickly across multiple client accounts in the same week

What we're looking for:

- A sharp sense of storytelling, rhythm, and timing for short-form video
- Comfort writing both 15-45 second Reels scripts and longer-form video/podcast content
- An instinct for what actually performs, not just what reads well
- Someone who can handle volume without losing quality. This is a fast-moving, multi-client environment
- Bonus: familiarity with Telugu digital trends, local pop culture, and regional ad sensibilities

We care far more about your scripts than your degree. If you've got a portfolio, past Reels scripts, or even a notes app full of hooks you're proud of, send them over. Show us you can write for the screen, and we'll take it from there.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
