About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled UiPath Agentic AI Technical Lead to lead the design, implementation, and scaling of enterprise-grade intelligent automation solutions in a complex telecom environment.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role requiring expertise in UiPath, Agentic AI, Generative AI, enterprise integrations, cloud platforms, and telecom business processes. You will drive the architecture and delivery of AI-powered automation solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement enterprise-scale UiPath Agentic AI solutions.
- Build AI-driven automation using software robots, LLMs, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Define architecture, governance, security, observability, and operational models for AI agents.
- Lead solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Assess existing automation platforms and modernize brownfield environments with minimal business disruption.
- Develop attended, unattended, and hybrid automation workflows using UiPath.
- Integrate UiPath with enterprise AI platforms, LLMs, and Generative AI services.
- Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and implement AI guardrails.
- Build API-led and event-driven integrations with telecom OSS/BSS platforms.
- Mentor engineering teams and establish reusable automation frameworks and best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities across telecom operations.

Required Skills

- 4–6 years of experience in UiPath Automation Development.




- Robust hands-on experience with:
- UiPath Studio
- UiPath Orchestrator
- Robots, Queues, Assets & Triggers
- UiPath Agentic Automation
- Experience with Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging platforms.
- Cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of enterprise security, governance, monitoring, and observability.
- Experience working in complex brownfield transformation environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Telecom Domain Experience

Candidates should have hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
