Job Brief:
We are looking for an experienced and high-performing Trainee HR Executive to lead the complete HR lifecycle for our fast-growing IT services organization. The ideal candidate should have knowledge in tech hiring, performance management, L&D;, HR operations, and culture-building in a dynamic services workplace. This role requires maturity, ownership, and the ability to independently drive people practices aligned with organizational goals.

- Strategic HR partnering

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR
- 0-1 years of experience (preferably in IT services)
- Expertise in tech recruitment, L&D;, and performance management
- Strong stakeholder management & analytical skills
- Ability to drive both strategic and operational HR functions
