Job Description – Housekeeping Staff (Male / Female)

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Assistant to maintain cleanliness and support the day-to-day office operations. The candidate should be punctual, well-mannered, and willing to perform general housekeeping and office support tasks.

Key Responsibilities

· Clean and maintain the office premises, including workstations, cabins, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms.

· Dust office furniture, computers, and office equipment daily.

· Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and visitors.

· Wash and maintain pantry utensils, cups, glasses, plates, and other crockery.

· Keep the pantry clean, organized, and well stocked.

· Dispose of office waste and maintain cleanliness throughout the office.

· Refill drinking water, tissues, and pantry supplies as required.

· Assist with photocopying, document filing, and arranging meeting rooms.





· Purchase office stationery and pantry items when required.

· Support the HR/Admin team with day-to-day office tasks.

· Report any maintenance or housekeeping issues to the concerned person.

Requirements

· Minimum qualification: 10th Pass (Preferred).

· 1–2 years of experience in office housekeeping or office assistance is preferred.

· Basic knowledge of office cleaning and pantry management.

· Valuable hygiene, discipline, and a positive attitude.

· Honest, reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

· Responsible and trustworthy.

· Willingness to perform additional office support duties as assigned.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
