INAE is a preschool rooted in inquiry-based learning, located in Kotturpuram, Chennai. We serve children ages 1–4 through a globally integrated curriculum that blends Reggio Emilia, Montessori, and social-emotional learning.

We are looking for someone who genuinely loves this age group and wants to build a career in early childhood education — with the patience, warmth, and humility it takes to grow.

This role is hands-on, physical, and emotionally demanding.

You will be:

- On the floor with children for most of the day

- Singing the same songs, reading the same books, and doing the same activities many times

- Managing tantrums, tears, and transitions with patience

- Supporting Lead Teachers

About the Role

As an Assistant Facilitator, you will support Lead Teachers across all three age groups (1–4 years). You will be hands-on with children throughout the day — supporting learning activities, nurturing daily routines, and helping create a calm, caring classroom.

What You Will Do

- Support Lead Teachers in delivering daily learning activities

- Assist with classroom setup, transitions, meals and hygiene routines





- Engage warmly and patiently with children across all age groups

- Observe children and share your reflections with Lead Teachers

- Help maintain classroom hygiene, organization, and safety

- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and reflective practice

- Grow into greater responsibility over time through structured mentorship

What We Are Looking For:

Non-negotiable (Mandatory)

- Minimum graduate degree in any field

- Genuine warmth and patience with young children (ages 1–4)

- Openness to learning and feedback — you will be mentored closely and expected to grow

- Basic spoken English

- Physical ability to be on the floor, lift children, and stay active throughout the day

Preferred

- ECCE certification or currently pursuing one

- Prior experience working with children ages 1–4 (preschool, daycare, or related settings)

- Exposure to Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or inquiry-based environments

- Proficiency in Tamil (for communication with children and parents)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
