Requirements:

- 2-4 years of experience in SaaS/IT Product Support, IT Sales, or Customer Interaction in a software/technical product environment.
- Strong understanding of technical products and the ability to explain them clearly to customers. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to recent technologies and product updates.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with WhatsApp Business API or similar platforms is a plus.
- A degree in BCA, BTech, or any IT-related field is an added advantage.
- Any other degree with relevant experience can also be acceptable.
