Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation
- Generate recent business leads through online platforms, market research, referrals, and other marketing channels.
- Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities.
- Customer Visit Planning
- Prepare daily and weekly customer visit plans.
- Schedule meetings with prospective and existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Customer Visits
- Conduct 3–4 customer visits per day.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Sample Testing & Validation
- Coordinate product sample testing with customers.
- Follow up to ensure successful product qualification, validation, and approval.
- Client Relationship Management
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.
- Build long-term relationships by providing excellent customer support and technical coordination.
- Sales Target Achievement




- Convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Lead Conversion & Sales Tracking
- Monitor the status of leads from generation to qualification and conversion.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline records in the CRM or reporting system.
- Reporting
- Submit daily visit reports, lead status updates, sample testing progress, and sales reports on time.
- Provide regular market feedback and competitor analysis.

Qualification & Experience

- Education:
- B.Sc. (Chemistry or related field), BBA, or MBA (Marketing/Sales).
- Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development within the plastic industry, polymer industry, or specialty chemicals/additives industry.
- Preferred Industry Experience:
- Plastic additives
- Polymer compounds
- Specialty chemicals
- Masterbatches
- Plastic raw materials

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
