Job Description/Responsibilities

- Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.

- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.

- Write well designed, testable, effective code.

- Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.

- Prepare and produce releases of software components.

- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.

Desired Profile of the Candidate

Required Skills:

- Proven hands-on Core Java, JDBC & J2EE software development

- Experience in the Spring Framework (Spring boot,



Spring AI, Micro services)

- Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms

- Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns

- Profound insight of Core Java and J2EE internals (Classloading, Memory management, Transaction management etc)

- Should feel comfortable with threading, events/delegates and follow

- Solid OO design principals.

- Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies

- (JPA2, Hibernate), but you need to be proficient in stored procedures and SQL optimization.

- Experience in Kafka, Redis frameworks

- Having knowledge in Spark framework is an added advantage

- Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web

- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment (Agile team experience a plus)

- Hands on Experience in NOSQL Databases Big Plus

- Working knowledge in design patterns and algorithms

- Experience with test-driven development
