We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented Stores Executive / Stores Officer to lead and manage all store-related activities in a manufacturing setting. This position is crucial for ensuring smooth inventory control, proper storage, timely dispatch, and coordination with related departments. The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of store management.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Material Management
· Receive, inspect, Weigh and store incoming raw materials, bought-out items, consumables, and finished goods.
· Verify materials against purchase orders and supplier invoices.
· Ensure proper identification, labeling, tagging, and systematic storage as per
standard procedures.
· If any discrepancies are found, report them to the purchasing or quality team.
· Inspect incoming materials or parts for quantity and quality.
Educational Qualification:
· H.Sc / Bachelor’s Degree
· Certification in Inventory Management / Warehouse Management will be an
added advantage.
Experience Required:
· 1-3 years of relevant experience in Stores or Warehouse Management in a Manufacturing industry.
Freshers with relevant knowledge can be considered.
