Job Title: HR Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Assistant to support the Human Resources Department in day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.
- Post job openings on job portals such as Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
- Support employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
- Coordinate with various departments regarding manpower requirements.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, experience certificates, and other HR-related documents.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and HR events.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Handle employee queries professionally and maintain confidentiality of HR information.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: MBA (HR), MSW (HR), BBA, BBM, or any Bachelor's degree with HR experience.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment is preferred.
- Freshers are also welcome to apply.
- Robust communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and HR documentation will be an added advantage.
- Good organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
