Job Summary

Rastogi Education Society is hiring a dedicated and knowledgeable Electrical Trainer to conduct classroom and practical training under our Skill Development Program. The trainer will be responsible for delivering technical training, developing students' practical skills, maintaining training records, and preparing candidates for assessments and employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and practical training in Electrical Engineering as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and hands-on sessions in the electrical lab.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and training materials.
- Monitor student attendance, discipline, and academic progress.
- Conduct internal assessments, practical evaluations, and mock tests.
- Maintain training documentation, attendance records, and progress reports.
- Ensure proper maintenance and secure use of electrical tools, equipment, and laboratories.




- Guide students in developing industry-relevant technical skills and employability.
- Coordinate with the Centre In-Charge and project team for smooth execution of the training program.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must possess either of the following:

- Diploma in Electrical Engineering – 2022 Pass Out
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering – 2023 Pass Out

Preferred Skills

- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and equipment.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, documentation, and reporting).
- Knowledge of NSDC/Skill India/DDU-GKY training standards will be an added advantage.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Salary

- Negotiable (Based on qualifications and experience)
