Hiring: Purchase Executive
Location: Surajpur, Greater Noida

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely availability of materials for project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in procuring materials such as glass, aluminium cladding, structural sealants, and related hardware
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from multiple suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality
- Raise purchase orders and follow up with vendors for timely delivery as per project schedules
- Coordinate with stores, accounts, and project teams to reconcile deliveries and invoices
- Maintain and update vendor database; identify and onboard current suppliers




- Monitor material consumption and support inventory management at site and warehouse

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–4 years of experience in procurement/purchase
- Experience in façade or construction industry will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
