- Manage overall facility operations, including housekeeping, security, technical maintenance, and soft services.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, DG, UPS, and fire safety systems.
- Monitor vendor and contractor performance to ensure SLA compliance.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and control operational costs.
- Handle client interactions, attend review meetings, and resolve service-related issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Lead, train, and supervise facility staff to maintain service excellence.
- Coordinate emergency response activities and ensure business continuity.
- Maintain documentation related to maintenance, audits, and compliance.

Pay: ₹77,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
