Job description:

KV Institute of Management, Kurumbapalayam, Coimbatore, is seeking a qualified and passionate Associate Professor for MBA programs. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and a commitment to academic excellence.

Responsibilities

- Deliver MBA lectures as per assigned specialization
- Prepare lesson plans, case studies, and academic materials
- Conduct internal assessments and evaluate student performance
- Mentor students academically and professionally
- Participate in curriculum development and institutional activities
- Contribute to seminars, workshops, and faculty development programs

Eligibility Criteria

- MBA in any specialization (Mandatory)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in teaching / research - with 2 years experience Post Ph.d
- Robust communication and presentation skills
