- Vertical – Risk Management (Secure and Un - Secure Loans)
- Geos – Middle East
- Segregating and analyzing the allocations based on parameters – current balance, designations, home country location etc.
- Making out-bound calls as per the process requirements and hitting the specified number of right party contacts on daily basis
- Generating PTP’s and ensuring greater than 80% conversions
- Providing timely and accurate feedback on each account
- Exhibiting extra initiative in improving contactability in the pool
- Informing lead associates about any potential escalations
- Discharging duties with in the limits as set by the Code of Conduct
