Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Field Executive to support our business operations by visiting clients, conducting field activities, collecting information, and ensuring timely service delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to travel extensively, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit clients, customers, or assigned locations as per the daily schedule.
- Promote the company's products or services and generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers and business partners.
- Conduct market surveys, collect customer feedback, and report findings.
- Verify documents, collect payments, or complete assigned field tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of field visits, customer interactions, and daily activities.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Prepare and submit regular activity and expense reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, customer service, logistics, or a similar role (freshers may be considered).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile applications.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license (preferred) and own vehicle, if required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

- 2 Wheeler Licence (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (Preferred)
