About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Marketing MIS Executive to manage data, prepare business reports, and support the marketing and operations team with accurate and timely insights. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Advanced Excel, data management, MIS reporting, and professional communication while maintaining complete transparency and ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

MIS & Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports.

- Maintain dashboards and performance reports.

- Ensure timely submission of reports to management.

- Monitor report accuracy and maintain data consistency.

- Generate analytical reports to support business decisions.

- Identify trends, anomalies, and data discrepancies.

Data Management

- Collect, validate, clean, and organize data from multiple sources.

- Maintain centralized databases and reporting files.

- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across reports.

- Update and maintain historical marketing performance records.

- Create automated reporting templates wherever possible.

Query Handling

- Handle internal data and reporting-related queries.

- Coordinate with different teams for data collection and verification.

- Resolve reporting discrepancies within defined timelines.

- Provide analytical support to marketing stakeholders.

Email Communication

- Draft and manage skilled email communication.

- Share reports with stakeholders within committed timelines.

- Follow up on pending information from internal teams.

- Maintain proper documentation of communication and reports.

Process Management





- Improve reporting processes through automation.

- Standardize reporting formats.

- Maintain SOPs related to reporting activities.

- Ensure complete transparency in reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, Statistics, Management, or a related field.

- 3 years of experience in MIS Reporting, Data Management, or Marketing Operations.

- Experience in handling large datasets is preferred.
