We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage both the Digital Marketing and Web Development (Coding) teams. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies while coordinating with technical teams to ensure effective website performance and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage Digital Marketing and Web Development teams
- Plan and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, leads, and conversions
- Manage SEO, SEM, PPC campaigns, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
- Oversee website development, updates, and performance optimization
- Coordinate with developers for Shopify/WordPress improvements and landing page development
- Monitor website performance, user experience, and conversion rates
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights
- Ensure consistent branding across all digital platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams including design, content, and development




- Prepare and present regular performance reports to management

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing
- Hands-on experience with WordPress and/or Shopify preferred
- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Strong leadership with the ability to manage and coordinate a team effectively
- Experience handling both technical and marketing teams
- Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
