- Participate in the design and development of software applications.
- Should have the ability to independently work in a fast-paced environment requiring multi-tasking and efficient time management.
- Excellent communication skills to communicate (both written and verbally) with technical and non-technical staff.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Proven understanding of the SDLC.
- Ability to present complex information in a clear, concise manner.
- Should have the ability to lead a team to meet critical deadlines.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Overall 10+ years of experience and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft ASP.Net, C#, JavaScript, AJAX, and extensive experience in .NET framework 3.5/4.0/4.5 and entire SDLC process.

- Should have a development background in .NET framework 3.5/4.0/4.5 and entire SDLC process.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft ASP.Net, C#, JavaScript, AJAX.
- Exposure to unit testing frameworks.
- Experience on OOPS, Design Pattern and n-tier architecture application.
- Familiar with ORM Tools like Entity Frameworks.
- Knowledge of agile development processes.
- Should be proficient in team handling and client communication.
- Sound experience in detailed requirement gathering process from clients.
- Experience on MVC 3.5/4.0, MS Azure.




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
