Job Summary

Responsible for strategic sourcing, vendor development, procurement coordination, and supplier management for hardware and electronic products to support business unit operations, cost optimization, quality improvement, and supply continuity.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers/vendors for hardware and electronic components/products.
- Coordinate sourcing, procurement, and vendor management activities.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and commercial terms with suppliers.
- Work closely with R&D;, Production, Quality, and Operations teams to fulfill sourcing requirements.
- Support alternate vendor development and cost optimization initiatives.
- Monitor supplier performance, quality standards, and delivery commitments.
- Maintain sourcing records, quotations, supplier databases, and procurement documentation.

Key Performance Indicators

- Timely closure of sourcing requirements.
- Cost optimization and savings achieved.




- Vendor development and creation of alternate sourcing channels.
- Supplier delivery adherence and responsiveness.
- Quality performance of sourced materials and components.
- Effective coordination with internal stakeholders.

Qualification and Experience

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, vendor development, or supply chain functions within the electronics hardware, OEM, ODM, EMS, IT hardware, or manufacturing industry.
- Solid knowledge of electronics/hardware components and supply chain processes will be an added advantage.
- Experience in supplier negotiation, cost reduction initiatives, and vendor relationship management is preferred.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
