Key Responsibilities:

- Handle recent and critical existing assemblies in coordination with the production team
- Perform BOM (Bill of Materials) study and engineering drawing analysis
- Follow up on material shortages and coordinate with relevant departments
- Monitor and analyze daily production reports
- Identify gaps and suggest improvements to enhance productivity
- Conduct operation time studies and recommend process improvements
- Support implementation of efficiency and cost-reduction initiatives
- Ensure adherence to quality and process standards.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of machining processes
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Basic understanding of manufacturing workflows and production systems
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting
- Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Diploma in Mechanical/ Mechatronics, BE Mechanical/ Mechatronics (mandatory)
- Fresher or 1-2 years can apply
- Eagerness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on approach with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
