We are looking for a dedicated Relationship Manager to handle client communication, billing coordination, and maintain solid relationships with our partners and customers. The role involves regular calling, follow-ups, and ensuring smooth service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls with clients, clinics, and partners
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers
- Follow up for test bookings, reports, and payments
- Manage billing process and ensure accuracy
- Coordinate with internal team for smooth operations
- Resolve client queries and provide proper support
- Maintain daily call & data records
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Bengali preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software)
- Ability to handle clients professionally
- Freshers can apply (experience is a plus)
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills
