Technical Skills

- Positive working knowledge of P&C; Insurance policy-side business processes is preferred.
- Experience in MGA Systems IMS software will be highly considered.
- Hands-on experience with configuration and forms setup.
- Core experience in application configuration with strengths in insurance forms setup.
- Must understand the significance of the configuration of insurance workflows.
- Must have worked on US-based projects to gather requirements on insurance line of business changes, be able to change or maintain application workflows, and insurance forms.

Essential Skills

- Good communication and documentation skills.

Desirable Skills

- Commercial lines experience is preferred.

Educational Requirements





- B.Tech/Degree in Business Administration/Information Systems or related field preferred.

Job Responsibilities

- A team player who will be assigned team lead responsibilities on multiple projects, managing teams.
- You will be required to manage a team that will have tight SLAs on deliveries and will need to have open communication with the US-based clients on SLAs, deliveries, and expectations.
- Must have knowledge of and willingness to maintain team performance metrics and status.
- This will also be a teaching role where you will be asked to teach young and fresher BAs on application configuration and forms setup.
