Talent Acquisition Specialist – Technical Hiring

What You'll Do
✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
✅ Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other hiring channels
✅ Screen profiles and conduct HR interviews
✅ Coordinate technical interview rounds with hiring managers




✅ Handle offer negotiations and candidate engagement
✅ Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
✅ Maintain recruitment reports and improve hiring processes

What We're Looking For
✔ 2+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
✔ Experience hiring engineering or product-based talent
✔ Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ Experience hiring for Electronics, Embedded Systems, Power Electronics, Battery Technology, Manufacturing, EV, or Product Companies is highly preferred

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
