Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (6 days/week, with one weekly off as per hospital policy)

White Hospital is a patient-focused healthcare institution committed to providing quality, affordable, and compassionate medical care to the community. We are looking for a proactive and responsible Hospital Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.

Position Summary

The Hospital Manager will be responsible for the overall administration, operational efficiency, staff coordination, patient satisfaction, and business development of the hospital. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesHospital Operations

- Supervise day-to-day hospital operations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of OPD, Casualty, Pharmacy, Laboratory, X-ray, and Inpatient services.
- Coordinate between doctors, nurses, technicians, pharmacists, and support staff.
- Ensure uninterrupted patient care and workflow.

Staff Management

- Prepare staff duty rosters.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and discipline.
- Conduct staff meetings and performance reviews.
- Resolve employee grievances professionally.
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding of new staff.

Patient Experience

- Ensure high standards of patient satisfaction.
- Handle patient complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor patient waiting time and service quality.
- Maintain professional behaviour among staff.

Administration

- Maintain hospital records and documentation.




- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and government regulations.
- Coordinate licensing, inspections, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor cleanliness, housekeeping, and infection control practices.

Financial Responsibilities

- Monitor daily revenue and expenses.
- Verify billing accuracy.
- Supervise cash collection and deposits.
- Reduce unnecessary expenditure and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare daily operational reports for management.

Inventory & Procurement

- Monitor pharmacy stock levels.
- Supervise purchase of medicines and consumables.
- Ensure adequate availability of emergency supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.

Marketing & Community Outreach

- Coordinate health camps and awareness programs.
- Promote hospital services in the local community.
- Build relationships with local organizations and referring doctors.
- Assist management in increasing patient footfall.

Quality & Safety

- Ensure patient safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain infection prevention measures.
- Conduct regular audits.
- Report incidents and coordinate corrective actions.

Reporting

Prepare and submit:

- Daily Hospital Report
- Patient Census
- Revenue Summary
- Staff Attendance Report
- Incident Reports
- Inventory Report

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in hospital or healthcare administration preferred.
- Robust leadership and communication skills.
- Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
- Ability to work independently and make operational decisions.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations is desirable.

The Hospital Manager should lead by example, maintain discipline, ensure excellent patient care, support staff development, and work toward the continuous growth and reputation of White Hospital. The role requires integrity, accountability, and a strong commitment to operational excellence while being available on-site from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Pay: ₹12,080.71 - ₹20,000.00 per month
