Job Title: Travel Industry Intern

Job Brief:

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Travel Industry Intern to support our operations, sales, and customer service teams. This internship offers hands-on experience in the travel and tourism industry, including itinerary planning, customer coordination, vendor communication, booking assistance, and market research. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a keen interest in travel and tourism.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing domestic and international travel itineraries.
- Support flight, hotel, transport, and sightseeing booking processes.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and travel partners.
- Handle basic travel documentation and maintain booking records.
- Conduct market research on destinations, tourism trends, and travel products.
- Support the sales and marketing team with promotional activities.
- Assist in preparing travel quotations and tour packages.




- Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and customer-oriented approach.

Internship Duration: 3–6 Months (Adaptable)
