THINK LAND is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draughtsman/Draughtswoman to join our creative studio. The ideal candidate will assist in developing precise technical drawings and detailed documentation, translating conceptual ideas into buildable designs. Working closely with our architects and designers, you will contribute to both residential and commercial projects while ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, design quality, and execution.

Requirements:

- 0-2 years of qualified experience in architectural drawings is preferred.
- Diploma in Architecture from a recognized institution preferred.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction techniques, and building codes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp,



and MS Office
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:

- Proficiency in 3D rendering software such as Lumion, Enscape, or D5 is a plus.
- Prior experience working on large-scale or international projects is a plus
- Interior design knowledge or interest will be considered a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
