- Key Responsibilities:

➢ Assist in preparing and processing Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with company policies.

➢ Maintain and update vendor records and purchase-related data accurately.

➢ Coordinate with internal teams for job orders, order confirmations, and execution.

➢ Verify vendor invoices and ensure accuracy prior to payment processing.

➢ Support the accounts team in reconciliation of purchase entries and expense tracking.

➢ Track, monitor, and follow up on pending orders and vendor payments.

➢ Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping of all purchase-related transactions.

- Required Skills & Qualifications:

➢ Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field





➢ 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or accounts support

➢ Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)

➢ Basic understanding of accounting principles and invoicing

➢ Good communication and coordination skills

➢ Attention to detail and ability to manage records accurately

➢ Familiarity with ERP software (optional but preferred)

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
