Job description of a marketing manager - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals - Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns - Manage social media platforms, content marketing, and digital ads - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences - Oversee branding, promotions, and public relations activities - Monitor and analyze campaign performance (ROI, engagement, leads) - Collaborate with sales and product teams to drive revenue growth - Manage marketing budgets and optimize spending - Lead and mentor the marketing team
