We are seeking an experienced Senior Laravel Developer with 4 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness, and integrating front-end components into the overall application. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of both back-end and front-end development principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable PHP modules.
- Integrate user-facing elements created by front-end developers into the application.
- Design and manage databases and data storage solutions.
- Identify and resolve complex performance and architectural challenges.
- Implement robust security and data protection measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Yii, WordPress, CodeIgniter, Magento,
or Joomla.
- Solid understanding of MVC design patterns and object-oriented programming in PHP.
- Working knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and writing optimized queries.
- Understanding of synchronous PHP behavior and platform-specific limitations.
- Experience with authentication and authorization across systems and servers.
- Knowledge of web security best practices and common PHP vulnerabilities.
- Ability to create and manage database schemas that support business processes.
- Proficient in version control systems such as Git or SVN.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (B.E./B.Tech./MCA) in Computer Science or Information Technology.
