Hiring: Senior Marketing Manager (Execution Lead)

Location: Mohali, Punjab (Work from Office)

Shift: Night Shift (8:30 PM IST – 5:30 AM IST)

Working Days: 6 Days (Saturday Work From Home)

Salary: ₹15 LPA – ₹35 LPA

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Senior Marketing Manager (Execution Lead) who excels at turning marketing strategies into successful execution. This role will be responsible for managing campaigns, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring flawless delivery of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Campaign Execution

* Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns.

* Convert strategies into actionable plans and timelines.

* Ensure timely delivery of all marketing initiatives.

- Team Coordination

* Collaborate with design, content, performance marketing, product, and external agencies.

* Drive alignment across teams to achieve campaign goals.

* Conduct sprint planning and regular follow-ups.

- Project Management

* Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones.

* Track progress and resolve bottlenecks proactively.

* Deliver campaigns on time while maintaining quality standards.

- Lead Management

* Manage the complete lead lifecycle.

* Coordinate between sales and marketing teams.

* Monitor lead allocation, tracking, and CRM hygiene.





* Identify and address funnel drop-offs.

- Digital Marketing & Growth

* Expertise in Meta Ads, lead generation, SEO, branding, and digital marketing.

* Analyze campaign performance and optimize results.

* Maintain dashboards and performance reports.

- Process & Quality Management

* Ensure brand consistency across all channels.

* Implement workflows, SOPs, and scalable processes.

* Improve operational efficiency and team collaboration.

- Required Qualifications

* 7+ years of experience in marketing execution or campaign management.

* Strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM systems, and sales funnels.

* Experience working with inside sales teams and external agencies.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Experience working with the US market is preferred.
