Position Summary

GIBS Mind Valley & GIBS Business School invites applications from agile, technology-driven professionals for the positions of IT Manager / IT Executive to support and strengthen institutional technology infrastructure, digital initiatives, and day-to-day IT operations across academic and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

- - Manage and support campus-wide IT infrastructure, networks, servers, systems, and technology platforms.
- Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day IT operations and user support services.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and peripherals.
- Support implementation and administration of ERP, LMS, CRM, and institutional digital systems.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
- Ensure data security, backups, cybersecurity practices, and compliance requirements.




- Maintain IT assets, software licenses, inventory records, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, AMC, upgrades, and service support.
- Provide technical assistance to faculty, staff, and students.
- Assist in technology-driven initiatives and institutional digital transformation projects.
- Prepare reports and ensure timely resolution of IT-related requests and incidents.

Qualification

- - Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Relevant Discipline.
- Additional certifications in Networking, Cloud, System Administration, Cybersecurity, or ERP will be preferred.

Experience

- - IT Manager: 6–10 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure / IT Operations.
- IT Executive: 1–4 years of experience in IT Support / IT Operations.
- Experience in Educational Institutions will be an added advantage.
