Role description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced technology leader to drive enterprise data, analytics, AI, and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities to deliver scalable data solutions, intelligent automation, and AI-driven business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise data engineering and analytics solutions.

- Build and optimize data pipelines, data models, and cloud-based data platforms.

- Drive development of reporting, dashboarding, and self-service analytics capabilities.

- Lead AI, Generative AI, and intelligent automation initiatives to improve business processes and operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define and deliver scalable solutions.

- Mentor team members and provide technical leadership across projects.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, or Enterprise Data Platforms and AI solutions.

- Strong expertise in Python and SQL.

- Hands-on experience with Snowflake, including data modeling, performance optimization, advanced platform features and developer framework Snowpark.

- Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and API-based integrations.

- Familiarity with Dataiku,



workflow orchestration, and business process automation tools like Camunda.

- Exposure to BI and analytics tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or similar platforms.

- Experience with OpenAI based AI/GenAI solutions, AI-assisted engineering (Codex/GPT -driven development), LLM integrations, intelligent document processing, or automation platforms.

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.

- Understanding of data governance, security, and up-to-date data architecture principles.

- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
