About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled technology leader to oversee the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise-level technology solutions. The ideal candidate should have extensive expertise in Mobile Application Development, AWS Cloud Infrastructure, CCTV Surveillance Systems, Biometric Authentication, IoT devices, Networking, and Government Examination/Election technology projects.

The candidate will lead technical teams, architect scalable solutions, ensure cybersecurity, and manage end-to-end technology implementation.

Key ResponsibilitiesMobile Application Development

- Design and develop Android and iOS applications.
- Lead Flutter, React Native, Kotlin, Swift, and cross-platform development.
- Build secure REST APIs and integrate third-party APIs.
- Publish and maintain apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Optimize application performance and security.
- Manage application architecture and version control.

AWS Cloud Infrastructure

- Design, deploy, and manage AWS cloud environments.
- Configure EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch, Route 53, ELB, CloudFront, Auto Scaling, ECS/EKS.
- Implement disaster recovery and backup strategies.
- Manage cloud security and compliance.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure performance.
- Optimize cloud costs.

CCTV Surveillance Solutions

- Design IP CCTV surveillance systems.
- Configure and manage NVR/DVR systems.
- Install and troubleshoot Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus, HiFocus, Uniview, and similar platforms.
- Implement remote monitoring solutions.
- Configure Video Management Systems (VMS).




- Ensure high availability of surveillance infrastructure.

Biometric & Identity Solutions

- Deploy fingerprint, facial recognition, iris, and Aadhaar-based authentication systems.
- Configure biometric devices and SDK integration.
- Integrate biometric hardware with mobile and web applications.
- Troubleshoot biometric enrollment and authentication issues.
- Maintain attendance and identity verification systems.

Software Development

- Design scalable software architecture.
- Develop Web APIs and enterprise applications.
- Database design and optimization.
- Manage source code repositories.
- Conduct code reviews.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines.

Security & Compliance

- Implement cybersecurity best practices.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments.
- Perform security audits.
- Manage SSL certificates and encryption.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, CMMI, CERT-In, and government security guidelines.

Network Infrastructure

- Configure enterprise networking.
- Firewall management.
- VPN setup.
- Switches and routers.
- VLAN implementation.
- Network troubleshooting.

Leadership Responsibilities

- Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Mentor software developers and infrastructure engineers.
- Define technical roadmaps.
- Coordinate with clients and government departments.
- Manage vendors and OEMs.
- Conduct technical training.

Project Management

- Proven experience with cloud architecture, mobile applications, CCTV surveillance, and biometric systems.
