About the Role

We are looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, social media, lead generation, and analytics, with a strong focus on delivering measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing

- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube & Remarketing).
- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing.

Social Media Marketing

- Develop and execute content strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Reddit.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars.
- Publish engaging posts, reels, carousels, videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Build and manage online communities while increasing engagement and brand awareness.

SEO & Website Marketing

- Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for search engines.
- Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and SEO tools.

Analytics & Reporting

- Set up and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Track campaign KPIs and recommend optimization strategies.

Lead Generation & Automation

- Generate high-quality leads through paid and organic marketing channels.




- Create and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions.

AI & Marketing Tools

- Use AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, and other marketing automation tools to improve productivity, content creation, and campaign performance.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and Meta Pixel.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and copywriting skills.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in SaaS, Services, or technology marketing.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and Reddit marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Basic video editing and graphic design skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Lead generation targets achieved.
- Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Conversion rate optimization.
- Organic traffic and keyword rankings.
- Social media engagement and audience growth.
- Campaign ROI and marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).
