Job Summary

Nature Bloom Resort is looking for a passionate, skilled, and creative Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing Indian, Chinese, and Continental cuisine while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook high-quality meals as per the resort's menu.
- Plan, develop, and introduce new dishes and seasonal menus.
- Maintain consistency in food taste, quality, and presentation.
- Ensure proper food storage, inventory management, and stock control.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with FSSAI standards.
- Minimize food wastage and manage kitchen costs efficiently.
- Coordinate with the management for guest requests and special events.
- Supervise and guide kitchen assistants and helpers.
- Ensure timely preparation and service during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef in a hotel, resort, or restaurant.
- Good knowledge of Indian, Chinese,



and Continental cuisine.
- Experience in menu planning and food costing is preferred.
- Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and during weekends or holidays.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and excellent time management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Multi-cuisine cooking experience.
- Knowledge of bakery or tandoor will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage kitchen operations independently.
- Solid leadership and communication skills.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹ 14,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
