Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and technically competent Site Engineer (Civil) to oversee the day-to-day execution of construction activities at our project sites. The ideal candidate should have 5 years of experience in civil construction, with preference given to those who have worked on high-rise residential, commercial, and hotel projects.

The Site Engineer will be responsible for ensuring construction activities are carried out according to approved drawings, quality standards, project schedules, and safety regulations while coordinating effectively with consultants, contractors, and the project management team.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project management for smooth project execution.
- Monitor site progress and ensure activities are completed as per the project schedule.




- Verify quantities executed and maintain accurate site measurement records.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with the MEP team to ensure proper integration of services and resolve site clashes.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, approved methodologies, and safety regulations.
- Monitor labour productivity, material consumption, and equipment utilization.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Assist in BOQ verification, quantity reconciliation, and contractor billing.
- Coordinate material inspections, site testing, and quality checks.
- Identify site issues and coordinate timely corrective actions.
- Attend site meetings and report project status to the Project Manager.
