Key Responsibilities – Technical sales Coordinator

· Prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations as per customer requirements.

· Coordinate with customers to understand technical specifications and project requirements.

· Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and product information.

· Follow up with customers regarding quotations, inquiries, and order confirmations.





· Coordinate with engineering, production, and dispatch teams to ensure timely execution of orders.

· Maintain records of customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and sales activities.

· Assist in preparing tender documents and technical compliance sheets.

· Ensure accurate order entry and documentation in ERP/CRM systems.

· Communicate order status, delivery schedules, and project updates to customers.

· Handle customer queries and provide technical information related to products and services.

· Prepare sales reports, inquiry status reports, and order tracking reports for management.

· Coordinate with the accounts department regarding payment follow-ups and customer documentation.

· Support after-sales service activities by coordinating with service engineers and customers.

· Maintain updated product catalogs, technical datasheets, and customer databases.

· Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential customers.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
