Move Consultant / Sales – Job Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries about moving and relocation services via phone, email, and online channels.
- Understand customers' moving requirements and recommend suitable relocation solutions.
- Conduct virtual or in-person surveys to assess the volume and scope of moves.
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and cost estimates.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with new and existing customers.
- Negotiate pricing and service terms while maintaining company profitability.
- Coordinate with operations, packing, transportation, and customer service teams to ensure smooth move execution.
- Maintain accurate customer records, quotations, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional relocation services such as packing, storage, insurance,



and vehicle transportation.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards throughout the sales process.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, networking events, and business development activities to generate new leads.

Key Skills

- Sales and relationship management experience.
- Knowledge of moving and relocation services (preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
