Job Description:

CareerBoard is a recruitment firm based in Kochi, working with multiple IT companies across Infopark Kochi and Technopark Thiruvananthapuram. We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter Intern to join our team. The role involves supporting client hiring requirements by sourcing and screening suitable candidates for various IT positions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and screen candidate resumes based on client requirements
- Conduct initial telephonic or online interviews
- Perform basic background verification and candidate validation
- Shortlist and submit suitable candidate profiles to clients
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Support clients until the final interview stage

Skills Required:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes




- Ability to screen and evaluate candidate profiles

Qualification:

- MBA in HR or any Postgraduate (PG) degree in Human Resources or related field
- Freshers or candidates with an interest in HR and Recruitment are encouraged to apply
- Good communication and basic computer skills are preferred

Internship Details:

- Duration: 3 Months
