Key roles and responsibilities:

 Edit promotional videos and marketing campaigns for digital platforms

 Create engaging short-form content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and

other social channels

 Work with AI-generated content

 Adapt content across multiple aspect ratios including 16:9, 1:1, 4:5, and 9:16

 Develop compelling hooks, narrative flow, pacing, and visual storytelling

 Create motion graphics, typography animations, and other visual enhancements

 Collaborate closely with the marketing and design team

Required Skills:

 Robust proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop

 Excellent understanding of editing rhythm, music, pacing, transitions, and audience

retention





 Experience creating high-performing short-form content

 Good eye for typography, motion design, and visual aesthetics

 Ability to independently take projects from raw assets to final delivery

Bonus Skills:

 Experience with AI image and video generation tools such as OpenArt, Higgsfield, Google

Flow, Runway, Kling, Veo, etc.

 Basic colour grading, sound design, and compositing skills
