Job Title: Physiotherapist (Male & Female) – Hydrophysio / Hydrotherapy Clinic

Job Summary

Alexa Healthcare India Pvt. Ltd., a leading Physiotherapy & Hydrotherapy clinic network with 8 branches, is looking for enthusiastic and qualified Physiotherapists to join our growing team. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our Hydrophysio Clinic. The role involves providing water-based therapy and land-based physiotherapy treatments, assessing patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and ensuring high-quality, protected clinical care.

- 4 Male Physiotherapists
- 4 Female Physiotherapists
- Total Openings: 8

Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Assessment

- Conduct detailed assessments of patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, orthopedic, and sports-related conditions.
- Take medical history, evaluate movement limitations, and identify treatment needs.
- Prepare assessment reports and maintain clinical documentation.

2. Hydrotherapy Treatment

- Provide hydrotherapy sessions in the pool following safety and therapeutic guidelines.
- Assist patients with water-based exercises, balance training, resistance therapy, and rehabilitation protocols.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust water-based treatment plans accordingly.
- Ensure pool hygiene, safety, and equipment readiness.

3. Physiotherapy Treatment (Land-Based)

- Deliver manual therapy, exercise therapy, electrotherapy, taping, posture correction, and rehabilitation programs.
- Educate patients on home-exercise plans, posture care, and injury prevention.
- Collaborate with senior therapists for complex cases.

4. Patient Care & Communication





- Provide explicit communication and guidance to patients and caregivers.
- Ensure a safe, comfortable, and positive patient experience.
- Track patient improvement and maintain follow-up schedules.

5. Clinical Documentation & Coordination

- Maintain accurate daily treatment records and case notes.
- Coordinate with front office, HR, and management regarding appointment flow.
- Participate in periodic staff meetings, training sessions, and clinic activities.

6. Safety & Hygiene

- Follow clinic protocols for pool safety, water quality, infection control, and patient handling.
- Ensure proper sanitation of physiotherapy tools and equipment.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT).
- Experience in hydrotherapy is an advantage (training will be provided if needed).
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Positive communication and patient-handling skills.
- Ability to work with diverse patient populations.
- Knowledge of therapeutic exercises, rehabilitation techniques, and physiotherapy modalities.

Work Schedule

- Full-time (clinic hours)
- Weekend availability depending on clinic working days.
