We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join our team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will support the sales team by coordinating with customers, managing sales-related activities, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This role is ideal for candidates with 0–2 years of experience who have strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and follow-ups.
* Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly.
* Support the sales team in preparing quotations, reports, and sales documentation.
* Maintain customer records and update sales databases accurately.
* Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely delivery.
* Assist in achieving sales targets by supporting daily sales operations.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
* Handle phone calls, emails,
and customer interactions professionally.
Requirements
* 0–2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a related field.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior experience in customer handling or sales support is an advantage.
