The Business Architect plays a crucial role in bridging business needs with technology capabilities, ensuring that proposed solutions are practical and sustainable. Additionally, the role includes supporting organizational transformation efforts by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of key projects, fostering collaboration across teams to achieve successful outcomes.
