- Inspect and maintain school buildings, classrooms, laboratories, libraries, hostels, and other facilities.
- Ensure timely repair and maintenance of civil structures.
- Monitor the condition of roads, pathways, drainage systems, boundary walls, and playgrounds.
- Prepare preventive maintenance schedules for all civil assets.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE norms, local municipal regulations, fire safety requirements, and building codes.
- Conduct periodic structural safety inspections.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil engineering, construction, or facility management.
- Experience in educational institutions, schools, colleges, or campus infrastructure management is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
