We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead the Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions for our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the Foil or Pharmaceutical industry, with robust expertise in ISO standards, audits, inspections, SAP, quality documentation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage all Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities across the manufacturing unit.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, GMP (for Pharma), and other applicable quality management systems.
- Plan, conduct, and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure of audit observations.
- Monitor and oversee product quality through regular process inspections, in-process checks, and final inspections.
- Develop, review, and maintain quality-related SOPs, work instructions, specifications, and documentation.
- Handle customer complaints, CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions), root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure proper documentation and traceability as per regulatory and customer requirements.




- Utilize SAP for quality transactions, inspection lots, material management, reporting, and quality records.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Procurement, and R&D; teams to maintain quality standards.
- Train and mentor QA/QC team members on quality systems and best practices.
- Ensure calibration, validation, and compliance of testing equipment and laboratory practices.
- Drive process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce defects.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Quality Management Systems, and GMP (for Pharma).
- Hands-on experience in Internal & External Audits.
- Expertise in Quality Inspection and Quality Assurance processes.
- Proficiency in SAP (Quality Management Module preferred).

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
